Let me first say that 24 hours before this shoot I had not met these two before. Boy am I glad I can now say we’re friends now 🙂 These two needed a last second engagement shoot and I was up to it. I found out they’re from Chicago. I love Chicago. Midwest. Big city. Chicago Drum Exchange. Hot dogs. Cool weather. A professional football team that frequently loses to the Packers. What’s not to like?! But seriously, they had some cool ideas for the shoot. We drove all over DC; the National Cathedral, Embassy Row, Georgetown, good times. Check out these two and give them well wishes as they prepare for their wedding next year! Cheers!
I think we had to re-schedule this shoot at least three times because of weather, park permits, etc. but we made this shoot happen! Aint nothin’ gonna keep us from shooting! But seriously, these guys are such great human beings, despite being Redskins fans 🙂 We took these at the Dumbarton Oaks Park in Georgetown in Washington, DC. It’s funny how an hour and a half of shooting goes by and it feels like 15 minutes because we were just having fun! Congrats you guys! I’m looking forward to what will be a beautiful October wedding! My favorite month to shoot!
These guys got married last year but I never got the chance to share the photos from their day! They were amazing! Such passionate people that were so obviously in love it was an honor to witness! And the dancing at the resection…oh snap! That dancing was off the hook! Thank you to both Yasmine and Panos for having me there to capture your day! Enjoy 🙂
